About Microherbs
This is about the mixed herbs we are currently using at home.
When you munch on it together with the mazemen, a variety of delicious aromas and textures fill your mouth. It's a little gem that elevates the quality of your mazemen!
When the coronavirus pandemic hit and I felt incredibly anxious,
I considered various things but ended up not doing them in the end.
The only thing I had decided was to use this opportunity.
It was about improving quality and value in all aspects.
At that time, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I happened to get my hands on Kajiya Farm's @kajiyafarm, which I tried for the first time.
I was so impressed by the taste of the mixed herbs, which are used by Michelin chefs and loved by foodies, that I definitely wanted to use them.
However, it seems that there were already hundreds of transactions waiting.
Regular purchases are difficult,
It was during this time that I met Murata, who was trying out various other herbs.
But the first thing I found when I started looking,
I purchased Murata's herbs based on the recommendations made by base's algorithm.
(Now that I think about it, base's recommended features are amazing.)
When I tried it,
Hmm, that tastes a lot like Kajitani's.
I mistakenly thought that mixed herbs were usually this tasty, haha.
When I went to meet him on Awaji Island and listened to what he had to say, I found out that Murata was a disciple of Kajitani, and we were able to do business together, which is how we got to where we are today.
He has now moved his base from Awaji Island to Tokyo.
It's a new challenge.
Completely indoors, grown in soil, produced within Tokyo's 23 wards,
They cultivate and sell amazingly fresh micro leaves.
I moved to Tokyo in 2021, and there are very few people doing it in Japan, so
While groping around and putting all my money into it,
I am inspired by their attitude of striving to achieve success at an incredible speed.
It seems to be used extensively by top chefs.
The second factory is expected to begin operations in July 2024.
I'll try my best not to lose.
