We started making a new style of mazemen in 2019. It is made with fresh seasonal ingredients harvested in the Kyoto area.

I have been refining my seasonal mazemen, which I learned from my master in Hiroshima and which was born from my connections in Kyoto, and I am running my restaurant with the goal of attracting people from all over the world to Kyoto to try our mazemen. Please come and try it.
