Think about deliciousness

Breaking down deliciousness into its elements

[Before eating]
Appearance and aroma perceived by the nose
[After putting it in your mouth]
Taste, aroma felt from the mouth to the nasal cavity, mouthfeel, chewing sensation, swallowing sensation↓
[After swallowing]
Lingering taste, lingering aroma, feeling of something sinking into your stomach ↓
[After meals]
Body condition and internal organ sensations

I think so.
If you can balance these elements well, you'll find it delicious and you'll want to eat it again.
In particular, the after-meal feeling is difficult to follow from what you can see here.
I feel like the only way to find out the answer is to see whether or not you come back and visit us again, and how often.

When making mixed noodles,
If you use less oil and salt and don't remove the whole thing,
I think it will help relieve the discomfort you feel after eating.

For dishes that contain a lot of oil or salt, we balance it out with acidity and freshness.

Recently, I have been focusing on how to create satisfying meals while limiting the use of oil and salt, which tend to make a big impact in terms of flavor.
(I don't think young people in their teens or early twenties need to worry about this.)

What I pay attention to is the aroma, texture, and acidity.

The fresh and delicious aroma of the ingredients. The texture that creates a crisp, crunchy, and crisp feeling when chewing. The fresh texture that creates a smooth swallowing sensation. The acidity that brings out the saltiness even if it is a little gentle. Sometimes it doesn't fit the rules,
It's all about striking a balance.

If something has a great aroma but a soft texture, pair it with something that has a good texture, and vice versa.

Recently, we have been gradually expanding our side menu, so please come and try it.

When I eat out, I find the meal much more enjoyable when I can appreciate the intention behind the person who made it.
Of course, the most important thing is to feel that something is delicious, but in addition to that, try imagining why it's delicious and the intentions of the person who made it while you eat. It will make your meal even more enjoyable!

I don't really care if it's right or wrong.
If it's fun, that's ok! Give it a try!
